The Center for Race and Gender presents the Fall 2014 Distinguished Guest Lecture with Professor Chandan Reddy.


Keynote Bio:

Chandan Reddyis Associate Professor of English and Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies at the University of Washington, Seattle. He is the author of Freedom With Violence: Race, Sexuality and the U.S. State (Duke University Press, 2013) which won the Alan Bray Memorial Award for Queer studies from the MLA and the Best Book in Cultural Studies from the Asian American Studies Association. He is currently at work on a new book, Burials of Globalization: Race, Rights and the Failures.
